Traumatized - E.T. the Extra-Terrestrial Reviews

I saw this movie when I was about 5 and it scared the crap out of me. I was petrified. I think that no child shoudl watch this movie. E.T. is NOT a pleasant movie. Am I the only one who found it very distrubing?
